I bought this product about a year ago after potty training my puppy, and some old stains from another dog. (Beige carpet, big dark stains), this product got every stain out but one. I now have a new addition to the family who thinks the carpet is a great place to poo and pee, especially right after I’ve just taken her outside to do just that. I ordered another brand (FF), and it did hardly anything; barley lightened the stains - got my full refund back. Should have stuck with what I already knew worked. Looking forward to receiving your product again, and hoping it works as well this time as it did the last time; because it was amazing!!!! Debora, Meeka, and Quanta
