I usually do not leave reviews; however, this is a must. I am renting a house; where the previous tenants’ animals used the carpet as a rest room. No matter how many times we carpet cleaned, in a weeks time, the room would smell awful. Skeptical to try the product, it was recommended to us. We used the product on a small area. It didn’t help. We decided to rip up the carpet and padding. The urine had seeped down to the hardwood floors. We used the product on the hardwood floors and it worked. It took several coatings, but it worked. This product is well worth the money. The pet stains and odors are well over 3 years old and it no longer smells. This will be a must have in our home from now on.
