This product was the last one I was going to try before ripping out our bedroom carpeting and replacing it with wood flooring. I have tried every pet-stain remover on the market before and I still had carpeting dotted with stains. And these were OLD stains! I sprayed them with My Pet Peed and within a few hours the stains were completely gone! The next day, we had a fresh stain, and I blotted up the liquid and then sprayed My Pet Peed and literally stood there and watched the stain disappear. The is the real deal. A very superior product!
