Took me a while to come around to buying this stuff and I am so glad I did!! The pictured kennel stain was 3yo when I first applied MPP to it. Took several days and multiple applications but it’s gone! I just saturated the area every 12hrs or so. It works just as described and bonus that the company is local to me! Every pet owner needs this product.
