The product works great and Jarrett contacted me soon after I made my purchase with instructions on exactly how to use before it got to me. I was prepared and imagine my surprise when it actually arrived earlier than I expected. This stuff is amazing. I had a few spots that needed a couple of treatments but for the most part just one application was all it took. I sprayed it on in the morning before I left for work and shut the door to keep the pups off the carpet and most of the stains were gone when I got home. I actually just placed another order for a gallon and the blacklight just to have on hand for future accidents! Thank you so much for this amazing product.
