I would HIGHLY recommend this product to ANYONE. Especially if u have rental properties or run any kind of animal rescue or if u simply have tried "everything on the market". Depending on the age of stain and severity of it will depend on the amount of applications you will have to apply. I had bad cat urine stained carpet it took 5 applications but IT'S GONE!!!! When using this product you MUST have patience as it DOES WORK!!! BEFORE you spend THOUSANDS of dollars on replacing your flooring give this product a try, (not one application and ur done, follow directions on the bottle) a REAL try. its AMAZING
