I'm not sure what's in this product but is by far the most fabulous product I have used for urine odor. The instructions are correct, the odor gets worse before it gets better but, after using it for a few weeks there is no hint of stain OR odor. Needless to say, I'm sold on My Pet Peed, buy it you won't be disappointed.
