I've used this product in the past with complete success, however, when my pregnant dog vomitted and had a puppy on my new wall to wall carpeting that is a very light beige, I thought for sure I would be calling the carpet company to cut out and replace a piece of my carpet... I was mortified at the thought and picked up what I could with paper towels... I was careful not to rub the "glop" into the fibers... 2 hours later after the excitement of 5 new puppies, I knew shampooing the carpet would not give me the desired results.... Off to the laundry room to see what I had that might work.... low and behold, I had some MPP in a spray bottle...."BINGO" if anything will work, this will. After rereading the instructions, warnings and such, I sprayed the area fairly heavily... in an hour you could tell it was working... in two hours I was pretty amazed.... in three hours I though... I can live with this... in four hours... not a trace.... how wonderful... now 10 days later with my nose to the carpet, I can't see or smell a difference between where the spot was and where it wasn't. I wish I had taken photos because I actually thought I would be have sections replaced in a 4 mouth old wall to wall carpet.
