I was very impressed with the stain remover. I have ordered my refill! We have urine stains in several places on our carpets, and with 2-3 treatments, I can see they are almost gone. I've tried several other cleaners and nothing has worked as well before. Your instructions via email on how to use the product and what to expect were very helpful.
