We received the product yesterday and I have to admit that I argued with myself not to spend so much on ANOTHER product that wouldn't work. We have two dogs that I would say they are housebroken except if they can't get out they like to go upstairs in our game room and pee. The carpet is a very very light tan and even though we were shampooing in twice a month there has always been an odor and stains. My husband has wanted to rip out the carpet and put down wood but honestly with the way things are now, we couldn't afford it. I sprayed the solution on several spots and I thought my eyes were fooling me. I called my husband upstairs and told him to watch and it was like a miracle, the stains were gone. But we are skeptics because sometimes when we shampoo they look like they are gone and after the carpet dries they are still there, faint but there. I went up this morning and only one showed back up and it was very faint. The odor is completely gone but like a 1000% improved. I had read the pamphlet you sent and i just resprayed the spot that came up. I have to tell you, I don't know what this product is made of but it is like a miracle and now I don't have to argue to keep my dogs! Thank you, and my family will always purchase this product!
