We purchased My Pet Peed to deal with an issue we had with some older dogs and it turned into a much larger issue than we thought. We rolled up the area rug and realized that ¾ of it was very soiled (and we had already tried to steam clean it multiple times.) We went through almost a full bottle and I knew that the odor was reactivated because it was in the process of stripping each layer – but we decided that it would be best to replace the carpet because the cost to get additional bottles would be unknown since we didn’t know how much would be needed. The area of wood floor beneath the carpet was very large so we did treat it so we wouldn’t continue to have issues with the new rug. This is just an area rug and we can move it to treat the wood floor again if needed. So far – it seems to have removed ALL of the odor from that source. I'm very happy with the product - our situation was quite extensive and I'm very happy with the results because it did take care of the core problem which was in the hardwood. We will continue to keep this product in stock for any issues we have with new pets and now our toddler grandchildren!
