I spent so much money on different products trying to get rid of an older odor in my entryway carpet. None of them worked. The odor always came back. It has been a month since I used this, and we have had very hot and humid weather which seemed to make the odor resurface. Follow the directions and saturate the area really well and leave it. You won't be disappointed.
