This is the 2nd time I purchased this. I was hopeful it would work to remove pet urine and feces odors, but it did that AND lifted the stains from the carpet - and this is after I had already steam-cleaned the carpet with another pet cleaner. I was doubtful it would work after the steam cleaning, and was pleasantly surprised that it did!
