Before I even received the product I had an email from the seller. Product was delivered promptly. Was exactly how described. Product seems to work. Of course, now that I have this product the dog stopped leaving his mark in "his" place. That either means the product is working really well or he has learned not to do that any more. Time will tell... But so far so good!
