There was a miscommunication concerning shipping speed. We asked for expedited services to get the product because it was shipped by a third party seller who doesn't have the shipping capabilities of Amazon. It was unfortunate because the product is OUTSTANDING! Amazon, however, did reimburse me for what I paid for expedited shipping. Alls well that ends well. I'll buy it again.
