This is an awesome product.  It actually works.  I didn't expect much, but was willing to give it a whirl.  I foster dogs that come from abusive backgrounds and they have lots of accidents.  This stuff is like magic. Not only this, but I didn't receive the last order I placed.  UPS said that they delivered, but I never received it.  I contacted the company and they immediately shipped out a new one and threw in some extras for the trouble, free of charge.  Amazing customer service!
