This stuff is amazing. I keep peepads down in my laundry room area. The floor is slate tile. My boys will sometimes go in the corner so it drips on the floor. There was always a urine smell in the room. I sprayed this all over the floor and it worked great. No smell. And it does not mask the odor. I also used it on my finished wood floor and my boys haven't gone back to mark the area.
