So my livingroom carpet was beyond saving. I did buy this spray but I don't think even two gallons would have helped me. The blacklight, however, worked TOO well and I learned my problem was not going to be fixed with any product and that I needed to replace my carpet and padding, and possibly even the flooring under that... I highly recommend their blacklight as it was easily x100 more effective than two others I bought.

Anyway, I contacted the company to let them know the spray didn't work for me and they immediately refunded me, no questions asked.

Then today I got a postcard from them, a sweet letter of condolences in the passing of my cat (the livingroom carpet destroyer who gave up on her litterbox in her final year of life) I just have to say, what a wonderful company! I was so touched that even though I had to express regret in my purchase, that they still reached out hearing of my cat's passing.
